The Word Unveiled

Words with weight

They are not decoration. Say them as if they do something.

These are not the gilt words. Gold shows a picture the English hides. These sit on the tongue. The first line is the true English — four words or less. Nothing extra pretending to be a translation.

The list is short

If twenty words are heavy, none of them are.

A stake, not a lid

Amen

it is so

Hebrew (amen) — אָמֵן

You say this when you want the talking to stop. That is not what the word is for.

In Hebrew it is a stake in the ground: this is firm. I am in. If the prayer was honest, Amen is you putting your weight on it. If the prayer was empty, Amen is a true word used as a cover.

Jesus used it before He spoke, not after. Amen I tell you. He was not closing a prayer. He was putting His name on the next sentence.

Do not tack it on words you did not mean. That is using a true word as a lid.

Seeing the older word — that is The Word Unveiled. The line the text already walks is Foretold. The copies that differ are Witness. Words with weight are the ones you already say out loud.
